Our Team

Jim has been with Prestige Color for 7 years. In his current role as President, Jim oversees operations and sales for the company. Jim has spent his entire career in the printing industry, first working for RR Donnelly after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. He also served as District Manager for IKON and Xerox before joining Prestige Color in 2007.

When he's not working, Jim enjoys watching his children grow and compete in sports. He also likes to cook and try new things.

Ted joined Prestige Color 9 years ago and currently works as the company's Controller, handling financial statement reporting, cash flow management and cost control. He most enjoys achieving success on short and long term goals, managing the company through growth and constantly changing dynamics, and being part of a team with a positive attitude.

Ted has over 30 years of experience working with manufacturing companies during periods of growth and constriction. Ted is married and has 3 daughters and a golden doodle.

Diane began her career with Prestige Color 28 years ago. In her current role as Prepress Supervisor, Diane manages prepress and platemaking operations. She appreciates having a staff that works hard and cares about doing a good job.

Prior to working for Prestige Color, Diane worked for Armotek Printing.

Sue joined the team at Prestige Color 5 years ago and currently works as our Strategic Account Manager, as well a manager of departments. She most enjoys the variety of her work. Prior to her work at Prestige Color, Sue worked at Lancaster General Hospital for 22 years, as a Manager of Printing Services.

Sue loves her family, including her dog and 6 birds. She spends her spare time baking, reading, crocheting, relaxing and loving life in Delaware.

Brenda Bard

Brenda has worked for Prestige Color for 19 years. Currently, she works in the customer service department entering jobs into production and handling communications between customers and the sales and production departments. She most enjoys the opportunity to share an office with her sister.

Brenda has worked in the printing industry since 1978, first working for Pioneer Lithoplate from 1978 to 1985 after graduating from high school. She started as an entry-level proof maker, then learned color correcting and became a scanner operator. She worked for Red Rose Graphics as a scanner operator and dot etcher from 1985 to 1995. In 1995, she joined Prestige Color, hired by James Dommel, the same person who originally hired her in 1978.

Brenda has 3 years of technical training in Graphic Arts from Willow Street Vo-Tech and was awarded the Graphic Craftsman printer of the year award at her senior graduation ceremony.

Brenda was happily married to her high school sweetheart, Bob, for 31 years before he lost his battle with brain cancer in January of 2011. Brenda has 2 daughters, Adrienne and Ashley. The family is very active and working to find a cure for brain cancer. Each year the family holds a "Bob Bard 5K" in Quarryville, PA and all proceeds go directly to the National Brain Tumor Society. The family has donated over $61,000 for brain tumor and cancer research over the last 3 years.

Denise Shank

Denise has worked for Prestige Color for 28 years. In her customer service role, Denise handles order entry for jobs, assists the sales department and provides solutions to customers on how best to provide files to Prestige for the best quality final product. Denise most enjoys meeting new clients and service providers.

Rick Hogg

Rick has worked for Prestige Color for 24 years. Currently Rick works as a Prepress Tech, preparing files. He enjoys the challenge of doing different things throughout the day. Before working for Prestige Color, Rick worked for Fidelity Color Scanning.

Bruce Leese

Bruce has worked for Prestige Color for 3 years. As a Prepress Technician, Bruce handles layouts and plates for press. Bruce has worked in the printing industry since 1977 and has 3 years of vo-tech school education.

Prior to working for Prestige Color, Bruce worked as a Lithographic Stripper from 1977-2001 and then in the prepress department at Press Digital.

Liz Singer

Liz joined Prestige Color 10 years ago and currently works as a Prepress Technician, handling preflight and preparing files for press. She most enjoys finding solutions to challenging projects and having the opportunity to constantly learn. Prior to working in commercial printing, Liz worked as a silk screener for a promotional products company.

Wendy J. Shank

Wendy has worked for Prestige Color for 4 years as a Graphic Designer. She most enjoys working with the great team at Prestige Color. Prior to her work at Prestige Color, Wendy was employed by LGH as a graphic designer for 19 years. She has an Associates's degree in ad design.
